What applywell does

applywell helps UK property owners, architects, and consultants prepare planning permission applications. We use AI to analyse drawings against your council's Local Plan, the NPPF, and official planning designations.

What applywell isn't

We are not your planning consultant, architect, or solicitor. The AI assessment is a guide, not regulated advice. For complex, contested, listed-building, or appeal cases, you should engage a qualified professional. We make this explicit throughout the product.

Liability

We make best efforts to ensure analyses are accurate. We do not guarantee any particular planning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload material you don't have rights to.
• Don't use applywell to scrape, abuse, or attempt to extract commercial datasets.
• One person, one account.

Billing

• One-off purchases are non-refundable once the analysis runs.
• Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time from /billing — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
• VAT, where applicable, is added at checkout.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@applywell.co.uk. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
